Record is not stewardship. It gives you an accurate, portable record of your technology — not a standing relationship. If you need us to coordinate a vendor, make a change, or work a problem, that is quoted and billed separately. Record does not occupy one of a steward's 49 places.

The starting price reflects a baseline; the final figure depends on how many systems and vendors we are actually holding. We will quote it after discovery, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Tiers
How we decide which tier you are in
A six-person firm running thirty systems across four vendors is a Stewardship company, not a Record company — and we would rather say so before you sign than discover it in month three.
We count your systems during onboarding, so your tier is established from what is really there rather than an estimate. We revisit it once a year at your review. If your technology gets simpler, your price goes down.

For work like this we will often recommend and coordinate a specialist rather than do it ourselves — and we take no commission for the introduction.

How much does it cost?
Record is $29 per month for a maintained technology record without a standing relationship. Stewardship is $399 per month and includes a named steward. Stewardship Complex starts at $899 per month for larger or more complicated environments.
Your tier is set by team size and by how many systems and vendors we would be holding for you. If those point at different tiers, the higher one applies. Substantial projects — migrations, custom software, full website rebuilds — are quoted separately.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No minimum term. It is month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice — leaving with a complete, portable copy of everything we hold about your technology.
A firm that needs a lock-in clause to keep clients is telling you something. We would rather you stay because leaving is easy and you chose not to.
