This page describes what happens to information you give us through this website. Information we hold about clients under a service agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, work email, company, company size, optionally your phone number, and whatever you tell us about your situation. Nothing is collected passively beyond what our hosting provider records to serve the page.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent or share what you send us.

To reply to you and to prepare for a conversation. That is the entire purpose. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list and does not start an automated sales sequence.

If we do not end up working together, we delete enquiry correspondence within twelve months. If we do, it becomes part of your client record and is retained under our service agreement with you.

Our email provider handles delivery, and our hosting provider serves this site. Both are ordinary commercial service providers acting on our instructions. We do not disclose your information to anyone else except where the law requires it.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email yarsahimalaya@gmail.com and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason.
